      Pros

      You will be able to learn more and do more (with direct responsiblity) than nearly any other large company. The mission is inspiring and motivating in a way very few other places can offer.

      Cons

      Large time commitment for relatively lower pay -- you are effectively paying tuition to learn from smart people. High variability in management, some great some bad.
