Business Outlook
Pros
The best aerospace experience in the industry. You are able to work on and have ownership on projects here that you will not have anywhere else. You are given all of the tools needed to do your job and there are very few roadblocks to getting there. Meaning: given that there aren't infinite resources (time and money), you are given everything within reason and full authority to make decisions as needed and get the job done.
Cons
Given that it is a relatively small company and that the company is super ambitious, you will be working significantly harder and likely putting in more hours than at most (not all) aerospace companies.
