Pros

Few bureaucratic limitations on getting work done. Great project support Large responsibility Small company style with the resources of a larger company Great benefits Good group of people to work with who are all dedicated to there job Supportive management Young feeling I have never felt more of an integral part of something greater in my life. Everyone is very open and willing to help. Structures is a great group to working and is doing a lot of exciting work in developing new space technology.

Cons

Parking is a little bad due to company growth but is getting better.

We are doing the most exciting things that an engineer could do. We create groundbreaking technologies that push the envelope of the most challenging human endeavor: space exploration. You are going to grow exponentially as an employee and as a person at SpaceX. We conceive it, build it, test it, and fly it.

Cons

If you want to push the envelope it's going to take some hard work. Plan on working a lot at SpaceX, no one ever changed the world without some effort.
