a lot of thought put into onboarding, very intentional. literally everyone I have met is just so helpful and approachable and willing to help anyone with anything. The culture is among some of the best I've experienced in my career

remote-first company. a lot of the work happens asynchronous. folks located all over the country, easy to start responding to emails and slack messages after your time of day ends.
Management is pretty clear that it's not expected of you, just not yet sure what happens if you do keep clear boundaries between work and life.
