- The company invests in its employees, providing opportunities to learn, teach, and mentor others. - Working with fun, sharp, talented, and humble people - Working with modern technologies - Great work-life balance - An incredibly family-friendly atmosphere

Cons

Remote work opportunities are limited, which may be a con if you don't want to live in the Dayton area. Personally, I think Dayton is great.
