Pros

Great. People are friendly and it is a relaxed environment. They encourage growth and creating connections.

Cons

Pay: This is the reason for the three stars. They offered me a salary below half the national average. I pushed back on the initial offer and was declined. Unsurprisingly, I received another offer with a 20k raise around a year later and accepted it.
