Pros

Relaxed work environment, relatively flexible schedule. Overall it's a decent place to start out.

Cons

The pay is low but they acknowledge it and are doing their best, the company isn't that big and the way they generate revenue tends to lower what they can pay. Very little remote work options as they try to claim mentoring adds value when very little mentoring actually happens.

Pros

People at the lower levels show passion and drive. They care about the company and want to desperately see it do well.

Cons

This company is morally corrupt at the top levels of management. I've witnessed them gouging the customer for more money, telling workers to slow down because work was being completed before the contract, intentionally keeping workers skill set low, requesting employees to work weekends on failed projects (again a money gouge). Executives are amateurs, literally. Everyone at an executive level has never had that position before and it shows with their decisions. It will be the downfall of the company. Other positions are filled with people with no experience. Project managers who don't know how to manage projects, fix deadlines, or complete objectives. Managers who can't write reviews, build a development plan, or lead.
