      Didn't know how to manage the client

      Pros

      Decent pay & benefits for a normal day. Some good people but mostly pushing their staff in India.

      Cons

      High turn-over. Didn't care if they overworked staff - no compensation for extreme overtime. Didn't care that they were making changes to people's travel plans on short notice.

      You will learn what you are capable of professionally and personally. It will give you all of the tools to move on and be successful in your next venture if you are willing to work HARD
