      Worst company ever for Solid Sr Consultants... don´t go on a H1- b there

      Pros

      Some Sr consultants are really the best in their own modules/technologies. But they could leave the company any time.

      Cons

      Lousy Management Team in the Utilities Business Practice... they overpromise and don't deliver. With consultants and customers as well. Very cheap on expenses and you will have to pay your own travels and wait until they pay you back. Only graduates to lead important workstreams.

      They File greencard on EB2. Flexible.

      Cons

      Management plays favorites all the time. Prefer Contractors more than employees. No Career growth or financial growth.
