Pros

When I started here everyone was happy and worked really hard. The CEO at the time had your back and wanted everyone to succeed.

Cons

As his success grew he became more greedy and very disrespectful. I was one of his assistants and he would always disrespect me. He created loyalty out of intimidation and fear.

Pros

Whether you are a season advisor or new to the business, you will realize quickly how the employees and management are more dedicated to helping you succeed than at any other firm. The camraderie and support is like none other. Make no mistake, it's about results and hard work, but that being said you will have help and guidance every step of the way. No one is shut out or left to figure things out on their own, you will know from the start what is expected of you. As long as you are willing to put in the hard work, you will be able to acheive all of your goals.

Cons

The espresso machine is very strong.
