We do offer competitive health benefits, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, and a very strong 401k Program (including Matching). Some of our facilities do have limited opportunity for vertical advancement because of their smaller size. As a result, we are continuing to invest in learning opportunities for employees to grow and development in their current roles and to further broaden their knowledge. We encourage employees to have open dialogue with their manager on their career aspirations and to partner on their future goals. In regards to your comment on over-time; It is not unusual for a manufacturing company to experience over-time from time-to-time or during peak seasons. Many of our employees like the additional compensation this over-time provides but for those who don't, we encourage them to work with their supervisor on other arrangements.
