Pros
They hire minorities without experience and put the load of training and to bring new employees up to speed by shadowing the job, no training path or training departments, apply if you are minority Costco basic membership covered, small gym fee as well, you cell phone only gets $20 per month.
Cons
Government contracts with the "minority owned card", No documentation available of processes to inform and train new employees. Supervisors absent and mostly care for time-cards on time to charge and get pay from government. Do not expect a laptop (this varies depending the contract, but for IT in 2022? ) Vacation/sick/leave are all in the same bucket and once it reaches limit you loose the hours, and they do not carry over next year.
