Sketchy leadership

-Some great co-workers -sometimes free lunch

Cons

During my tenure in this company, I have worked with some great people, but I have also ran into A LOT of sketchy people. IE: Senior developers that kept getting assigned to my project either have poor english proficiency or inflated credentials (IE: Doesn't understand Async/await and transactions). Another super sketchy instance is that there was a manager who was making technically and ethically questionable decisions (Can't code, lying to FEDERAL clients) that was torpedoing a project. They promoted that guy.
