      Pros

      Flexible schedule, family orientated, on the CyFair ISD School Schedule. Able to work from home when needed.

      Cons

      Slow during the summer time.

      Pros

      The flexibility and autonomy (no micro-managing!) are the biggest pros. The administration is also very supportive and professional.

      Cons

      They do not pay into TRS, which can be a big deterrent for school personnel who wish to leave their district. However, they do provide benefits and 401K for eligible employees.

      Pros

      Great small business that has grown over the last 12 years. Lots of flexibility and administration that care and understand the needs of family life! Here you can keep your skills current and stay at home with the kids. Admin staff is easy to work with.

      Cons

      Not much work in schools in the summer so you can be off and enjoy the kiddos and some free time.
