      Pros

      Great small business that has grown over the last 12 years. Lots of flexibility and administration that care and understand the needs of family life! Here you can keep your skills current and stay at home with the kids. Admin staff is easy to work with.

      Cons

      Not much work in schools in the summer so you can be off and enjoy the kiddos and some free time.

      Pros

      Knowledgeable staff who truly care about their employees. You have a lot of control over where you work and how much you work. Great for individuals that need a flexible schedule. I loved getting to experience special education services in different districts and working on difficult cases. Great experiences!!

      Cons

      I have had all positive experiences but I know some of my colleagues have expressed concern about not having guaranteed work because of the nature of contract work.

      Flexible schedule, family orientated, on the CyFair ISD School Schedule. Able to work from home when needed.

      Cons

      Slow during the summer time.
