Pros

We have a small team at the moment but wow. What a great team to be apart of. The amount of support and assistance I get while preforming my part in our entire recruitment process is amazing.

Cons

The KPI's where a bit scary when I started but with planning and the access to all of the tools we have they have not been a problem.

Great opportunity within the staffing industry. Very reputable backing with 800+ offices, and offices are privately owned. SRG is a new vertical in the Express Employment family with a lot of room for grown
