      Pros

      The culture of the organization is really what made me want to work there. It's a work hard, play hard environment where we put in the hours but also celebrate our wins together. The salary and compensation is decent and the PERKS are awesome -- free lunch, beer, special Christmas event, Halloween costume pageant, etc.

      Cons

      There are so many initiatives happening all at the same time. It's sometimes hard to keep up with the changes.

      Brillant strategic leadership, cutting edge technology and amazing company culture. Most intelligent coworkers in the industry. Pushes you to reach new career/intelIectual heights. Incredible company sponsored events. Free food/beverages/beer. Competitive Salary, Fantastic benefits. HR has been a great partner to myself and other leaders of the org...not your typical paper pushers.

      Because the company is continuing to grow so rapidly, I put extra hours in...however, when you love what you do, it's so worth it!!!
