Socialising within the company was great. They knew how to look after you with snacks and fruit and drinks in the kitchen at all times.

A lot of finger pointing from management, creating a blame culture, and lack of direction or leadership. US has no idea about international markets, which has led to a slow decline in this once thriving UK business.
