Location, Location, Location, Location, Location. They also will pay well and reward theor own but not the the new employees.

Cons

Arrogant, condescending, immature and emotional leadership - CEO & COO drop F-Bombs all day long and on company-wide calls and meetings.

Pros

Used to be a more fun environment, but things have gone downhill since the purchase of Myspace. There is promoting from within, but more out of immediate necessity than actual recognition of an employee's hard work. Good entry level positions to have on your resume.

Cons

Less appreciation of employees than ever and lowest overall morale in office. Seen high turnover at HQ in past 6 months. All jobs here are thankless- You will only be recognized when you do something wrong or make a mistake. Reviews are impossible to schedule and raises are hard to come by.
