- Amazing people. You'll work with a bright, kind, and hard-working team daily. - Competitive compensation: in my personal experience, compensation is fair and in line with similar job opportunities and benefits are decent. - Management listens to their people and cares: this is huge! Your voice matters at Spectora; no employee is too small to have a meaningful opinion. All opinions are seriously considered and respected.
Cons
No big cons! If you are a remote worker, you will miss out on some of the benefits of working at a company with a great culture (like in-person events, office days, etc). I would also add that if you're not self-driven, it might not be the place for you. Opportunity/growth comes from hard work and drive, not by simply checking boxes.

Leadership is largely underqualified if not nowhere near qualified in every department. CS team picks favorites, unfairly fires, overworks employees, and engages in toxic/abusive behavior. Not worth the time, stress, or low pay cut.
