      Pros

      Progressive company with healty growth over the past 5 years. No caps on commission which is refreshing. The Executive Team is one you can trust and feel proud to say you work for Spectrotel.

      Cons

      This is a temporary Con as we have doubled in headcountover the past 3+ years. Space is tight until our new purchased facility is completed. A great problem to have.
