Pros

The benefits are descent but I feel like my copays, co-insurance and deductibles are out of control.

Cons

Like I said I love the work I do but management is crazy. They stress us out with demands and yet Come annual reviews and we average a measly 2%. COL in this area is crazy high even before pandemic. So we never get ahead. I struggle more now then early in my career. Bonuses are descent but it just helps me pay my bills once a year. If I didn’t love the work I definitely would look to get out.
