Pros

Not many. Upper management does not use metrics to better the company

Cons

The company is currently cutting corners anywhere it can. Laying off entire departments nationwide and forcing other teams to do 3 times the work. They can't even afford a building receptionist now. She was let go about 4 months ago. No accountability across teams. Good talent is leaving, and lazy people get promoted. Everyone I know is looking for a new job as the environment is very toxic and not worth the pay. It's a sinking ship!!
