Pros

Charter is a great place to work - Great benefits, customer-focused, work-life balance. Compensation is comparable to the industry average.

Cons

All engineering operations will soon be relocated to the Denver area, so my tenure here is short-lived. As a result, the company is losing top talent to competing organizations, but the people in power must be confident that they will be able to backfill these roles in the desired central location.

Pros

Great benefits, expanding company for growth. Many opportunities are opening because of the merge with Time Warner and Brighthouse Networks.

Cons

Depending on the position you are in is how well they will treat you. Some positions are moving to different states because of the merge.
