Pros

Colleagues that have the same experience and that are dedicated to the students they serve.

Cons

The higher up’s in the company are invested only in the money they make and not the programs . A lot of turnover even at the higher level and new investors. Support to sites and administrators is almost non existent and if you speak up expect to get written up. School sites are lacking the key things they need which would provide for a safe environment to teach Kids. If the CEO only knew what really happened at sites and how employees are treated by regional teams !!! Pay attention !!
