Pros

Kids are wonderful and some of the staff is also

Cons

There is a huge problem with staff moral, and management doesnt know how to deal with it. There is sexism, racism, disrespect, favortism and unprofessionalism throughout this company.

Pros

Super supportive admin team and strong behavioral team (at least here at Antioch campus) Staff turn-over rate is relatively low, so they know the ropes of being a good teaching aid; Teacher's pay is competitive (negotiable)

Cons

Lack of in-depth training; Lack of opportunity to observe other good teaching examples.
