      none at all. horrible company

      Cons

      Unprofessional company, starting with management. They give horrible treatment and don’t even follow the rules that they place. Pay is horrible for the amount of stress and pain that comes with the job. Many many MANY inexperienced people who are not implementing correct protocols and procedures. Most people there do not even want to be there. You will get used and used until they feel like it, then they will treat you like you’re nothing.

      Wonderful staff, stressful admin

      Pros

      The staff are the best at Camden. Even though we have our differences sometimes, we always have each others’ back. Everybody helps in behavior situations.

      Cons

      The company struggles with keeping decent admin because the good ones are often overworked without proper compensation.
