Pros

Great environment for those interested in the quality of life for those with Special Needs to effect change by offering evidence based strategies in instruction and behavior modification.

Cons

ESA does not offer competitive salaries for any of the roles from transition assistant to program directors. As a result, there is high turnover in leadership positions and constant retraining needs for new employees.
