      Great experience in leadership and courses -- Tech manager pay 76500 starting to 90k within 3 years if performance metrics are within a 3 or above range. Bonus of 10% potential at end of year

      Cons

      Doesn't follow the core values of being a leader and misuse employees. Constant requirements of overtime and tactics to reduce peoples home time. People problem solved by exploiting current workforce.

      Great benefits and pay - no trust in leadership from mgr and below

      Cons

      Technicians and supervisors are looked at as tools versus people. They are treated as a number with no empathy for their family/ work life balance from the director level and up. The HR team is extremely unethical and practice favoritism every chance they get. HR is out to protect HR and not the employee.
