Pros

Good Pay - The pay and the benefits are great. Work mates - Work with a great bunch of people, I couldn't ask for a better crew.

Cons

No on-call pay - You are on call for 7 days, 63 hrs straight on the weekends for no additional pay or comp time. Dress code - You are required to wear business attire even though you only see you own work mates everyday. No work from home policy - Charter has a 1980's no work from home policy, you are required to be in the office everyday even though the entire job can be done from anywhere you have internet access. Internal processes - The internal processes make it hard to get anything accomplished, they seem more concerned with the process than getting the job at hand done.

Pros

Nice benefits, health, vacation/personal/sick time, pay.

Cons

Company culture: Reactive far from proactive, culture of no, good ol' boys club, doesn't focus much on diversity and inclusion.
