Pros

Smart, dedicated engineers and technicians who are collaborative and helpful. Exposure to enterprise-scale wireless projects across government, education, hospitality, and healthcare. Valuable hands-on experience with Meraki, Ruckus, Ekahau, and automation tools. Severance package was fair.

Cons

Pay is not competitive; I took a 20% cut moving inside and never saw it recover. Frequent layoffs and reorganizations created ongoing instability. Upper management struggled with transparency and communication. Bureaucracy often slowed down engineering work. Limited upward mobility and inconsistent workload balance.

Pros

401(k) match is pretty good. It's 100% up to 6%. On top of this they provide a 3% 401(a) as well. The health insurance is very reasonable for what I perceive to be quality coverage, although I do wish the deductible were lower. Reasonable education assistance programs. Salaried Employees get an annual bonus.

Cons

Very anti-work-from-home. Recently cut all incentive bonuses for certifications. Recent layoffs. Lowered our pay increases this year (a 3-Meets Expectations provides a 2.25% raise). And yet, they are "invested in the employee". Not this employee they aren't.
