Senior management is very focused on how they can make SPG a great place to work. Relatively flat organizational structure allows us to be nimble in making decisions. All employees are aligned towards the companies objectives through profit sharing. Those who work hard and make an impact are recognized and rewarded

Cons

No major cons, but overall sometimes the pace and workload can be heavy.

As a project manager I wear a lot of hats in the company. I manage products from start to finish, managing every little piece of the puzzle.

Cons

Understaffed and overworked. The people are good though and I have almost complete autonomy to work how I like.
