Pros

Management, engineers and techs, good people to work with. Pleasant working environment. Opportunities for advancement and versatility of job responsibilities are wide open.

Cons

Running on a very tight budget, lacking proper training procedures for their employees out on the production floor, building structure interior needs maintenance repair work, updating and cleaning. No financial benefits reaped from take over by Pexco in 2013. Spectrum was a nice tax write off for them.
