Pros

Charter has excellent benefits. They offer a ton of advancement opportunities and both personal and career growth. They pay well, as long as you're promotion to different positions.

Cons

It's all about who you know. And if you are better at your job than your direct leadership, they will blacklist you from moving forward. Yearly raises are a joke.

Cons

- Management is all over the place - They have no direction - If this merger goes through they are screwed- They have no idea what they are doing. - Expectations are unrealistic - Management get involved in employee drama. - They are trying to create this " cool culture " dont be deceived.

Pros

Friendly people. They were helpful and you work with autonomy which is a good thing for me anyway.

Cons

Most of us were required to work on projects that had nothing to do with our job family. If you wanted a job you had know choice. However it sets you up to fail.
