Pros
The salary is very good if you stick with the job for several years. The benefits are above par, as the insurance and flex spending accounts are comparable, but the free television, internet and phone service push it over the top.
Cons
The management isn't very receptive to feedback. In a lot of departments, it's a "my way or the highway" management mentality. Also, the tech department is talked down to and worked like slaves with no acknowledgement or gratitude.
