      Pros

      I am treated really well and do feel that I'm appreciated for my capabilities and efforts.

      Cons

      It's a difficult place to work if you want to feel like you are empowered to actually accomplish anything. C level down to SVP members feel like they need a part of every decisions made (and they don't).
