Pros

The checks clear. Free cable and internet is nice. Local management at least isn't completely incompetent. They don't physically attack you.

Cons

Employees of the companies they bought are treated badly. We were told how much they loved the culture of the old company and then they killed every bit of that culture. Upper management is more concerned with standardization that results. Tools work badly if they work at all. No fun, all work. Said goodbye to small bonuses that we received semiannually, said goodbye to summer and Christmas company parties, said goodbye to casual weekends and hour lunches.

Cons

-Upper management lack the necessary skills to properly manage and employee morale is at an all time low. Hard to keep good employees/workers and remaining employees have to perform additional duties. -Very limited growth opportunities. -Expected to work nights and weekends and yet still expected to come into the office everyday. -No work/life balance.
