Pros

If you enjoy interacting with all types of people in residential settings (aka door to door), you can be very successful. Spectrum rewards hard workers with a great base salary and the opportunity for unlimited commissions. If you work hard, you will get rewarded, and the Company will love you for it. It's really a great gig for people who want to help others and make a good living.

Cons

The job can take a toll on your personal vehicle. It helps to have a newer, reliable vehicle.

Pros

Excellent training, Great benefits, including tuition reimbursement and health, dental and life insurance. Bonus pay for holidays. Free internet and cable. Additionally, if you're not scheduled to work on a holiday, you will still get paid for that day.

Cons

You have no say in your schedule for about the first 6 or so months. Very hard to be approved for time off if you work on the weekends. They are also very strict on attendance. Their grading system is AI based and can be hit or miss sometimes. There are times where your scores will suffer due to something another agent did on a customer's account.
