Pros

$50k base + uncapped Commissions 3 months of guaranteed ramp + actual commissions Connects targets gradually increase MoM the first 6 months (must sale something in Month 1), Month 2+ is based on connects Weekly 1:1s with manager Field ride a long with manager at least once a month, sometimes more

Cons

MICROMANAGEMENT: Have to create a daily route plan every morning following to show your leadership which addresses you plan to prospects and/or follow-up Have to disposition business as well as create opportunities, if applicable< while at business location to show you are working in the field, which can slow you down as a rep when you are pulling 50 doors a day. - makes more sense to do end of day Have to CC your leadership on every email to prospects you sent - Micromanagement Daily calls every morning, sometimes twice a day (point at scoreboard) - Need to make only once a week Weekly training calls after you finish new hire training for several months that are scheduled during inconvenient times (slow down ability to hit the field early). Monthly Regional call (doesn't bring value - points at scoreboard - never hear/see VP)
