Pros

-Nice people that are willing to help when you ask. -Fun team lunches every now and then.

Cons

Lack of Recognition: There is a noticeable absence of acknowledgment for individual contributions. I often feel like just another number, with little to no recognition for my efforts. This creates a culture where there’s minimal motivation to exceed expectations or strive beyond the baseline. Compensation, including raises, does not reflect the effort or value employees bring to the organization. In-Office Requirements: On-site work expectations can be counterproductive. There are frequent instances where there is nothing to do. This often results in idle time or listening to management conduct virtual meetings from within the same space. Limited Career Growth: There is a lack of transparency and follow-through regarding career advancement. Despite expressing interest in growth opportunities and taking initiative, upward mobility remains just an idea. Parking Accessibility Issues: There has been no progress in allowing employees to use the parking deck adjacent to the building, which continues to be a point of frustration.
