Pros

You will qualify for low income housing. Your coworkers will disappear every month due to lack in compensation . One the bright side you will meet many people. This is the biggest revolving door for a reason.

Cons

Too many to list. No real commission structure , Super micro-managing , Job uncertainty. The list goes on

Terrible Company

Pros

Free cable and internet and crappy coffee

Cons

Everything. The company still runs an archaic shift bidding process in some areas in Fl as an example. Your hours and days off can change depending on an extremely flawed grading process. So if you are looking for a career and not just a job or if you're a single kid that a changing schedule will not matter, go ahead and apply for the free cable. But if you want stability and a life with your family, this is not the place. Spectrum worries more about taking from the employees than it does about providing total customer satisfaction. They have been inputting their failing processes instead of taking on the successful and profitable processes of the other company's they just purchased. There is a mass exodus of good employees now. Of course Spectrum does not care. They have cut many themselves. It's relocate, or bye bye. All of us still left here can see why this company has filed bankruptcy before and it will not be long before it goes down the tubes again.
