      Pros

      I truly cannot list a Pro of working here except some of the employees here are good colleagues.

      Cons

      An environment where employees are not cared for and upper management deals in decrees instead of open conversation. If you disagree, you are blacklisted. Also company is forcing all employees to relocate if you don't live in one of basically 3 areas (Charlotte, Denver, St. Louis), not only to acquired employees from companies like Time Warner Cable, but to existing Charter employees as well.

      Pros

      As long as you do your job management will not look in your direction but if you don't hit your targets you'll regret it.

      Cons

      Ethics are in a very large grey area, no one wants to do the right thing but they are quick to make sure goals are met any which way that they can. If you value your work ethics don't walk, run away.

      Pros

      Benefits, courtesy services ie. (free cable, phone and internet) and commission oportunity are the best reasons to work for this company. There could be advancement if your in the right department.

      Cons

      This company is totally all for themselves and not about its employees. I was with TWC who was a great company to work for. Now that Charter has taken over, they have taken away holidays where we were off before, now we work on holidays. They have cut the comission plan where as a twc employee had potential to earn up to 5000 in commissions there is now a max at half of that. There have been alot of changes and we are still in the 1st month of the new year where we have just been informed of these changes and there will probably be a lot more as the transition completes.
