Pros

Free food, free parking pass, nice atmosphere, meetings all the time.

Cons

Spectrum has a lot of work to do in their training department. They make the new employees train the newer employees. Be prepared to work and don’t mess up or they will let you go.

Big company, good benefits, great teaching of systems, products, services, and "how to sell" in use from base camp

Cons

Hourly pay as opposed to salary stinks, hard to close deals- sale cycle takes a while, prospecting is difficult
