Phenomenal health care benefits and extremely inexpensive as a single person. 100% 401k match up to 6%, free services and heavily discounted phone plan.

Cons

Upper management has taken the stance of there’s no such thing as a failed installation. They want us working like robots with no room for error. Stuff happens, when I first started, KPIs were strict but left some breathing room, now they’re just waiting for us to make mistakes to reprimand us.
