Pros

Great health insurance, free cable (I was afraid to get because of high turn over rate, would cost me more than $300 if I left), that's about it.

Cons

No flexibility in schedule set for you; no communication between supervisors, HR, etc; no concern for mental health; lots of new hires every week because you are not valued - they can literally replace you in less than a week. I contacted HR every day to update them on my mental health status. They claimed my supervisor contacted me 6 different times, and that I did not answer. My supervisor never called, never answered my emails, and when I called her she would hang up on me. They will lie so they do not have to deal with you if you do not fit whatever mold that they want.

Pros

Used to be a good place to work.

Cons

They have lost employee and client respect for the poor way they have handled the Pandemic. They were the LAST media company to allow people to work remote at the height of the Pandemic and they ONLY allowed remote work after bad press from forcing people to work in cubes as Covid was spreading among employees. They made employees return to the office right away even though remote work proved successful. After everything that has happened they still don’t trust their employees much less care about their well being. No flexibility at all. BAD COMPANY!

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your concerns as we work together through these unprecedented times. As one of FEMA’s Community Lifeline sectors, our services are essential to hospitals, emergency first responders, government facilities, the news media and our communities to stay connected, help flatten the curve and protect the country. Making sure we deliver these vital communications while supporting our employees is our top priority. To that end, we recently made a number of changes to our operations that will help our employees better manage through this challenging time. These include an additional 15 days of paid time off to be used for any COVID-19 related personal need, increased social distancing plans in all of our call centers and operations facilities, and the option for remote work for employees whose jobs allow them to work outside the office without endangering our obligation to provide critical services. We thank you for all you are doing every day to support our customers and communities to ensure they remain both connected and safe.
