The training is 8 days. They only review the bare minimum. There is no in-depth training surrounding inner company systems. Very unethical practices are used in all company areas to achieve unreasonable goals. Accountability is a free-for-all, rules change when someone is not meeting the intended targets. Sitting through a call and listening to your Director blatantly hint that people who have endured the loss of any kind be it life, property, or sanity ....... is crazy to me .

No training. No trust in management. Upper leadership is terrible wiht micromanaging. There is no culture or positive work environment. Compensation is not what they tell you it is. They promise 55k minimum. With their turn over rate of front line employees it’s hard make $400 a month In commission.
