Not what is used to be

Pros

As a company, they offer great employee benefits. Insurance, Highly discounted (ALMOST) Free Cable, phone, and internet services. An excellent retirement accumulation plan, plus a 401k and 100% match up to 6% of income.

Cons

The company has or at least my regional leadership team has lost its focus on its employees. There is ZERO concept of work life balance and in my role there is no such thing as time away. Sure you get vacation, but why use it, you will work anyway. Preferred communication is harshly worded emails and motivation via intimidation - and that just was senior leadership says to your face.
