Work outside. On your own all day! Was a good company b4 they work us like dogs.

Cons

No time to do anything. Only give you a hour to trouble shoot problems at customers location. keep adding things in that hour. Your expected to check all wiring, go up the pole check that. Which takes closer to two hours. But they book you with so many appointments you cant do them all 100%. Management is no help. The worse part is they do quality control on about 6 jobs you do a month. Then if there is one loose fitting you fail the job. This is throughout charter. They will not keep technicians at this rate!!!
