Pros

I love my job most days. I deal with customers who are wanting to setup charter business accounts. The work isn't that hard and the compensation (pay, beneftis, time off ) is really good.

Cons

In my department we are Monday - Friday but this is a call center so some jobs are 7 days a week 24 hours a day. Getting a good schedule can be difficult.

Pros

If you live in a Time Warner Cable footprint, then you'll get free cable.

Cons

Senior management does not have a clue what actually happens in the field. They sit in NY and create programs, sales initiatives, etc but never listen to what actually is helpful to sell.
