Pros

New leadership brought clear vision and an exceptional execution plan. All departments are aligned in achieving vision. Excellent operational leadership focused to achieve goals. Great integrity with core driving value to provide a strong, quality product at a reasonable price. Vision is not yet achieved, but path is clear and progress is fast.

Cons

Any job where service has to be provided 24x7x365 causes interruptions to life on holidays and weekends. Would love a 5 day a week, 9-5 type job, but not sure that's even practical anymore.

Hard workers: Beware!

Pros

Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for customers can be rewarding. Good variety in day. The best parts of this job are inherent in being a cable tech. In other words, the company's doesn't contribute to the positive aspects, only the negative ones.

Cons

Like to work hard and efficiently? Guess what? Your hard work gets you rewarded with another job at the end of the day (while the less productive workers go home). Plan on growing older and keeping a career with the company? Guess what?Your position will be cut and you will be forced to take a young man's job or quit. Plain and simple, you are viewed as a cog in the machine and the company does not value you as a person. Don't work here if you value life.

Pros

Decent Pay, good benefits such as insurance, set schedule. Vacation time of 1 week after 6 months.

Cons

Constant and inadequate change atleast 1 a quarter, doesn't care about employees well being (depending on supervisor). Extreme stress, cares more about metrics then customers/employees, numbers driven. Does not recognize tenture and continued sucess. Favoritism with opportunities for advancement. Some changes are made and emploees unaware of it until days later. Possibly can work every holiday
